Volunteering

The organizations that TCP partners with rely heavily on volunteers.

There is an old saying, “Many hands make light work”. The leaders of the organizations that we partner with very often tell us that they are overwhelmed by the workload. If you are able and willing to volunteer with any of these organizations, they would be very grateful!

Volunteers gain knowledge in new skill sets, and learn how to become directly involved with helping the homeless. Since you are in a structured environment, you can see how best to support the less fortunate among us, and see them rise to their full potential! You also gain great networking opportunities.

Please look over the list of areas needing help. If you are able to volunteer in any of these areas, please contact the organization directly. They really appreciate your help!

Peninsula Community Health Services:
PCHS volunteers may choose to serve patients directly, behind the scenes with staff, or by becoming a member of the Board of Directors. Board members help guide PCHS to achieve its goals of serving Kitsap and Mason Counties, as well as across the Olympic Peninsula.
